- Paging: Deliver one-way announcements across the entire campus or to designated zones for targeted messaging.
- Alarms: Activate alarm messages when necessary to alert the campus.

Additional Features
- Search: Use the text search box to quickly locate specific rooms or assigned users. You can also filter endpoints by custom areas for more efficient navigation.
- Select All: Quickly select all endpoints visible on the screen with a single click.
- Custom Zones: Target specific areas of the campus for announcements or paging, enabling precise communication.
Access & Set-Up
Your school's system is accessible via a web browser using a unique URL provided by our team. Once you receive your login credentials, you can log in to the main dashboard either on the touch-screen console or on any other computer with browser capabilities.
This flexibility allows:
- Front Desk Staff: To operate the system directly from the console for efficient daily management.
- Building Administrators: To access and control the system from their offices or other locations using a computer with browser access.
This dual accessibility ensures seamless communication and system management across the campus, regardless of the user’s location.
User-Friendly Dashboard Interface
The dashboard’s main screen offers a clear and comprehensive view of all endpoints in the system. Each endpoint is displayed as a tile, presenting essential information to help you manage communication efficiently:
- Room Number or Description: Identifies the location of the endpoint.
- Assigned User or Teacher: Displays the individual associated with the room or endpoint.
- Dial Number: Shows the unique SIP call number assigned to the endpoint.
- Endpoint Type Icon: Indicates the device type (e.g., speaker, phone, intercom).
- Endpoint Status: Reflects the current state of the device (e.g., idle, busy, offline, or error).
- Volume Level: Displays the current audio level, with options for adjustment.
This intuitive tile-based layout ensures quick navigation and easy access to the information you need.
You can select one or multiple endpoints at a time, but available actions will depend on the capabilities of the selected devices. For instance, rooms without intercom functionality cannot receive intercom calls.
Available Actions
Actions are accessible via the menu at the bottom of the screen:
- Page: Send a one-way announcement.
- Play: Broadcast a pre-recorded message or sound file.
- Intercom: Initiate a two-way call (if supported by the endpoint).
The MoreVoice Unity console simplifies communication and coordination across your campus, making it easy to manage and operate your school’s critical systems efficiently.
