Our team suggests taking a few minutes to do the following:
- Make sure you can still log in to your Kloud-12 dashboard.
- Is your user login working correctly?
- Is your dashboard showing the view of your current classroom?
- Is your camera view managed to cover all areas of your classroom?
Remember: Go to the Kloud-12 server address for your school, click "Sign in with Google," and choose the school email address connected to your Kloud-12 account. - Double-check your recurring recording schedule.
- Review and adjust your recurring schedule from the beginning of the school year to fit the new semester, considering changes in the block schedule. Update days and times as needed to accommodate the revised academic schedule.
- Be sure to *star* or edit any completed recordings you may want to save so that they don't get purged! See more about Kloud-12 and Google's education storage quota.
- Don't have your recurring recordings set up? Now is a great time to do so!
Remember: Click on "Schedule Recordings," in the menu options of your dashboard and create your schedule by entering times to start/stop and days of the week to repeat.
