Kloud-12 recordings will be automatically published to either your Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive, making it easy to create a video library. One-Time recordings will be uploaded to a Kloud-12 generated folder. Recurring Recordings will go to the folder that you designate when scheduling the recording.
Creating these folders before scheduling a recording keeps your Drive organized and makes it easy to create a video library. We recommend taking a few moments to think about how you would like to organize your videos. Some suggestions are by subject, class period or standard.
How to set up folders
- Log into Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
- Select New to create a new folder.
- Name according to your chosen organizational method.
- Now when creating Recurring Recordings you can select your desired folder to begin building a video library
